Levy: Stadium cost won't affect finances
Daniel Levy has said the building of Tottenham’s stadium will not affect their transfer spending in the coming years.
Spurs borrowed £637million in loans to construct the new ground, but the club confirmed this week that they have converted most of the debt into bonds through US investors to stagger payments, meaning it should not have an immediate affect on Tottenham’s ability to spend money on new signings.
“The refinancing will have no bearing on how we run the club… and no bearing on those types of short-term movements [like transfers],” Levy told the Financial Times.
Pellegrini knows Rice valuation could increase

West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini has admitted he knows Declan Rice’s value could increase this season, with Manchester United supposedly interested in signing the youngster this summer.
“His value will depends on what happens this season but his mind is not thinking about that,” Pellegrini said.
“At the beginning of last season he has a low contract, because he was coming as a young player and he continued working and he didn't make any trouble with that contract.
“After that he improved and now he's not thinking about money,” he added.

The Brazilian was playing in Turkey for second-tier side Adana Demirspor, but the club's chairman Murat Sancak has said that Anderson has decided to hang up his boots.
Anderson joined Man Utd in 2007 from Porto for a reported fee of €30 million and went on to win four Premier League titles.

In September 2013, Liverpool paid the confidential settlement after hacking experts hired by City detected foul play in their system.
